Referral Policy
Invite your friends and family to join ND Global and reap rewards! When your referred individual completes 300 working hours, you can earn up to $500. There’s no limit to the number of referral bonuses you can receive!
Registered Nurses (RNs) and other related specialties qualify for a referral payment of up to $500. Medical assistants, sterile processing technicians, phlebotomists, and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are eligible for a $100 referral bonus.
This referral bonus is exclusively for those who haven’t previously worked with ND Global. No referral incentive will be granted if the recommended individual fails to complete their assigned hours for any reason. Before the assignment is confirmed, the referral must be verified with ND Global to make the referrer eligible for the bonus.
Please note that ND Global reserves the right to modify the terms of its referral program as deemed necessary.
